Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
2. Perform routine preventative maintenance on processing equipment, processing support equipment, utility support equipment, and facility related machinery and equipment.
3. Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed, adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
4. Follow blueprints, specifications, diagrams and service manuals to repair and maintain equipment.
5. Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment and hand tools.
6. Prepare maintenance reports, document and communicate actions, irregularities and continuing needs through the use of EAM.
7. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
8. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification:
Level Required
Level Desired - Vocational or Technical Degree
Work Experience:
Required • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
Desired • Hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Blueprint reading
• 2-5 years of experience in a plastics or fabrication environment

13. Ability to complete and pass RJG fundamentals of systematic molding and RJG Machine Maintenance courses.
14. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs that may pertain to maintenance of the equipment or building.
