Senior Financial Analyst (Onsite) at ORBIS Corporation in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin

Job Description:

• Financial ownership for assigned manufacturing locations with a focus on providing business decision support to key stakeholders.


• Monthly review and analysis of plant financial and operating results, including communication of key findings to the respective Plant Manager, Director of Operations, and Finance Director.


• Ensure accuracy of financial statements during month-end and year-end closing. Perform general ledger account reconciliations for assigned areas of responsibility.


• Ensure predictability of financial results by driving an effective annual budgeting process.


• Perform financial analysis on proposed capital projects, including assessments of internal rate of return (IRR), net present value (NPV), and investment payback period.


• Provide insight to the plant leadership teams on how to optimize inventory levels, prioritize capital investments, identify opportunities for efficiency, eliminate waste and control spend.


• Continuously look for ways to simplify, standardize & automate recurring tasks and procedures.


• Assist plants with cost accounting and physical inventory procedures on an as-needed basis.


• Work on any special projects as assigned by the Operations or Finance leadership teams.
