SUMMARY
As a Technical Program Manager, you will support the Engineering and Sales teams in Technical Program Management. The TPM must have a good understanding of the semiconductor supply chain, with a minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience on semiconductor packaging and its applications.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for coordinating and managing all technical related activities to help create optimal revenue with current and new customers by working alongside closely with the internal Sales teams.
* Coordinate with customers' engineering groups to select &/or develop packaging technology to support their device/product requirements.
* Working with the sales team to promote, generate/grow revenue and business.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of hands-on experience on semiconductor packaging and its applications.
* Experience in Microsoft office, Power point, Excel and Word.
* Must have a good understanding of the semiconductor supply chain.
* Must have a strong understanding of Semiconductor IC assembly and test manufacturing process, as well as a thorough technical knowledge of packaging and process requirements for offshore assembly facilities.
* Must be able to manage key technical programs as well as providing technical package design support to customers.
* Responsible for working with cross-functional teams to establish plans and key milestones to deliver program objectives.
* Experience and knowledge in high-end performance packaging technologies such as 2.5D, Fanout, and Silicon Photonics is a definite great plus.
* Experienced in working with customers and stakeholders to resolve technical issues; and making sound business decisions to support the success of the program.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
