Non Profit Organization in Chatsworth CA has 2 openings for Human Resources Specialist/Recruiters
- Chatsworth CA
- $31 Hourly
- Fully Onsite
- 3 month contract that could go longer
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment.
Education and / or Experience:
- Associate's degree in a related field and two to four plus years of progressive experience in Recruiting. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred not required.
- General knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and practices; personnel policy and procedure usage.
- Experience in full cycle recruitment.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Must include MS Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
- Demonstrated skills in oral and written communication, interpersonal and coaching skills. Excellent organizational skills.
