Job Title: Complex Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury/Mass Tort
Location: Downtown San Diego
Compensation: $165,000 - $250,000 (based on experience)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote; strong preference for on-site)
Nationally recognized Personal Injury Mass Tort Law Firm in Downtown San Diego is seeking an experienced Complex Litigation Attorney to join an expanding team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated advocate with a strong work ethic. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact cases involving victims of sexual assault, abuse, and injuries from defective medical devices and consumer products.
Duties:
Oversee and manage a caseload of complex personal injury and mass tort cases from intake to resolution.
Provide comprehensive legal guidance to clients
Propound and respond to discovery, assist with Plaintiff Fact Sheets,
Conduct Legal research
Actively participate in case review meetings, offering insights and contributing to the strategic direction of each case.
Take and defend depositions
Qualifications:
4 to 15 years of litigation experience, with a proven track record in personal injury or mass tort cases.
Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
CA Barred and in good standing
