This position will be on-site for the first six months during training, and then will allow for a hybrid schedule M-F 8AM - 430 PM are HRSD core business hours and we do offer flexible around these hours. There may be the need to work overtime and/or unusual hours on occasion.

Brief Description:
Under broad guidance, the Human Resources (HR) Generalist will be responsible for managing employee leave programs, handling various employee transactions, and providing comprehensive support to the HR office. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain effective HR practices and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
Job Requirements:
Education Required • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Education equivalency equals two years of directly related professional experience for every year of education not completed. The stated experience is in addition to any experience used to meet the experience requirement. Experience Required • Three years of experience in leave and absence management (FMLA, ADA, and other leave-related laws and regulations) or HR-related roles. • Experience with HRMS and leave management systems Licenses and Certifications Requirements Desired • Human Resources certification HRSD is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
