Job Description:

Location: This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and 1-2 days in office per week.



**The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles and a 1-hour commute to one of our Elevance Health major office (PulsePoint) locations. Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection.


The CRE Workplace Analyst is responsible for analyzing cost and metrics data on space utilization and operating costs trends and works in conjunction with Corporate Real Estate (CRE) personnel to recommend capacity planning, space solutions and built environment solutions.



How You Will Make an Impact



Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:


  • Responsible for identifying and defining real estate opportunities, and developing appropriate solutions to achieve optimal real estate solutions.

  • Develops analyses and reporting to support strategic decisions that minimize cost and/or deliver savings.

  • Develop space forecasts to meet the business needs of the Main Business Units (MBUs) based on business projections, headcount projections and space utilization.

  • Develops and recommends alternatives on transactions involving facilities, renewals, expansions, contractions, acquisitions and dispositions.

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Real Estate Project Management Team to define project specifications in terms of cost, schedule, facilities design and construction to insure alignment exists between MBU and CRE strategies and objectives.

  • Responds to inquiries from Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis.

  • Understand technological advances, change management, organizational leadership, and compliance issues and how each supports and/or drive workplace strategies.

  • Provides assistance and leadership throughout all levels within Corporate Real Estate.

  • Work closely with other members of the CRE team to help them manage capacity issues and other facility related issues.

  • Observe corporate, building, and CRE policies and procedures.




Minimum Requirements:



Requires a BA/BS degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Interior Design or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years related experience within Facilities and Corporate or Commercial Real Estate with project accountability role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.


For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $85,284 to $133,488.
