Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week at our Mason, OH location.
The Marketing Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating programs which support marketing services and operations for the enterprise. Ensures that services and materials meet specifications and business rules, costs are appropriate/on budget, adherence to regulatory / privacy rules and deadlines are met.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Supports the development, implementation and oversight/audit of market- response/fulfillment, print production, direct marketing, translations programs through assigned project tasks including content and collateral coordination, coordinating and confirming print job specifications and/or translation requirements, and/or supporting activities such as financial/contract/invoice administration.
Follows appropriate processes and timelines to support sales, corporate and operational considerations.
Coordinates activities/data with vendors to ensure strong execution against contractual and requested services; including invoice reconciliation, reporting, etc.
Contributes to department work streams and new or improved methods or processes to support increased efficiencies, economies and operational excellence.
Contribute to overall planning, budgeting and reporting progress against program objectives.
Participate in vendor evaluations.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of marketing service / operations; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
