The Director I Carelon Account Management is responsible for directing account management retention activities for Carelon within an assigned book of business.
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office) and must live within 50 miles of one of our Pulse Point office locations.
How you will make an impact:
Provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure book of business meets profitability standards.
Develops strategies to achieve assigned retention and upsell goals.
Provide input to product development teams to develop new products and deliver them to the market constituents.
Collaborate with Functional Leads and matrix partners in support of meeting all performance guarantees.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Develops and motivates staff to achieve goals.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred skills, capabilities, and experiences:
Strong experience in managed care and behavioral health is highly desirable.
Proficient in executing superior leadership strategies and remarkable management techniques.
