Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection, with the minimum in-office commitment being 1-3 days in an office per week.
Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of the above Elevance Health locations.
Responsible for process improvement projects to increase the quality and performance of a business unit.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Provides process improvement methodology, coaching and training to associates and team members who are participating in process improvement projects.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams in the identification, research and implementation of process improvements.
Leads projects of significant scope.
Manages internal and external process improvement projects with team members who work across regional and enterprise wide organizational structures and with external parties (providers and trade organizations) to formulate consensus on improvements and to implement internal and external systems, policies and procedures.
Develops internal training material for provider network and external communications for FL provider network to enhance the provider experience.
Identifies trending topics with the market and health plan to develop guidance and education to providers.
Works with multiple business units on provider related materials.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process improvement or project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experience:
Knowledge of provider network, provider contracting, and experience with provider engagement preferred.
Experience in Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial lines of business preferred.
PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification or related process improvement certification preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are strongly preferred.
Background in marketing, writing, and design strongly preferred.
MS Office Suite of Tools desired, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
