Location: This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and 1-2 days in office per week.
The HR Operations Coordinator Sr. is responsible for processing transactional work in the HR Operations team.
How you will make an impact:
Processes adjustments and changes for benefits/payroll/data management.
Answers LOA inquiries, status updates, leave and payroll inquiries and validations.
Performs balancing activities.
Maintains records.
Supports system changes.
Runs and analyzes reports and queries.
Resolves systems processing problems.
Researches and resolves complex transactional inquiries.
Performs UAT testing.
Participates on project teams and identifies process improvement needs.
Processes department specific transactional work.
Point of contact for compliance inquires and escalates to the appropriate people or departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, mastery of at least one HR Operations discipline and exposure to at least one other, including Workday transactional processing; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
