About the Internship

An Intern in PREMIER's Wealth Management department will develop skills to assist and support various individuals within the Bank Wealth Management Department. You will assist with coordination of the day-to-day workflow operations of the Wealth Management Department in support of Bank objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 


  • Maintain client files and ensure all client documents are filed appropriately.

  • Assist Wealth Management and Investment Officers with inputting of trade requests, updating investment reports, preparing client reports, and other duties as assigned.

  • Support Wealth Management administrators, employee benefits, operations, and Private Banking, as needed.

  • Ensure transactions and all requests are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Prepare cash in/out requests and complete wire forms.

  • Draft client correspondence for Wealth Management and Investment Officers review.

  • Perform complex and confidential administrative functions; develop and type taped dictation and written correspondence. Compose and complete memos, legal documents and other legal forms.

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests for information in a timely manner.

  • Safeguard all confidential information and material appropriately.

  • Provides coverage for other Trust and Investment support or administrative personnel while out.

  • Understands and Applies the Department's policies and procedures to assigned tasks.

Skills and Qualifications


  • Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education.

  • Possess intermediate to exceptional PC skills.

  • Ability to be patient and attentive to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language.

  • Time management skills.
