This newly created position will execute a strategic communications program focusing on executive and internal communications for all matters pertaining to labor relations, including collective bargaining. Supporting senior leaders in Consumer, Small and Business Banking (CSBB), this individual contributor will translate high-priority corporate initiatives into content that informs and engages internal audiences. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY or Washington, DC and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. In this role, you will:
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to senior leaders in CSBB
Develop and implement communications strategies - including scenario plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and messaging that conveys key labor relations updates
Write and edit a variety of time-sensitive communications, including leader messages and intranet articles
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of our engagement plans, and messaging
Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes
Partner with other communicators to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience developing crisis and/or incident communications strategies and plans
Experience counseling senior leaders on high-priority initiatives and internal communications
Experience developing time-sensitive communications for a unionized and non-unionized workforce
Experience writing stories across various social, internal, and digital channels
Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades and influences decision makers
