Wells Fargo is seeking Associate Loan Servicing Representatives to join the Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) Insurance Claims team in our Auto Operations group. This team provides assistance to customers with GAP insurance who have suffered a total loss to their vehicle.

In this role, you will:
Support a variety of loan servicing tasks, including reviewing loan origination and insurance documents, processing GAP claim packets, customer informational letters and following up on the GAP claim for payment.
Identify opportunities to improve loan servicing process within established procedures
Provide excellent customer service at all points of contact
Manage a pipeline of work to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
Compile all necessary documents related to GAP claims, which may include but are not limited to purchase orders, GAP contracts, insurance documents, customer account transaction history, vehicle invoice, etc.
Respond to written and phone inquiries of low to moderate complexity from customers, GAP administrators, dealerships, and internal business partners, related to various loan servicing functions
Regularly receive direction from Loan Servicing supervisors and escalate customer questions or issues to more experienced individuals as needed
Provide guidance to less experienced peers and support partners
Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and/or customer support tasks
Regularly receive direction from Loan Servicing supervisors and escalate customer questions and issues to more experienced individuals
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as requested.

Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of auto operations policies and procedures
Financial and/or Insurance industry experience
Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of work from assignment to completion
Customer service focus with the ability to address and resolve customer issues
Experience with Excel to include pivot tables, sorting, and completing projects
Proven analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Effective time management experience and the ability to meet deadlines
Strong telephone etiquette skills with the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls
