Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate cross-departmental teams to document comprehensive business requirements
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and technology teams to ensure business needs are clearly defined and understood
- Develop a variety of models and diagrams, including process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and use case diagrams, to effectively communicate business requirements
- Coordinate business requirements with the user acceptance team to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop deep domain knowledge on key applications and work with the Project Manager to determine traceability, deadlines, and deliverables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and end-users
- Working knowledge of software development methodologies and experience facilitating cross-functional business requirement sessions
- Proficiency in creating business documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to define problems, assemble and analyze data, and make well-informed recommendations
- Familiarity with the retirement industry and experience working with JIRA and Excel is preferred
