Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and completing HR strategies that align with departmental and site HR objectives.




• Acting as a strategic partner and advisor to senior leadership teams, both locally and globally.




• Offering mentorship in areas such as employee engagement, recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance and talent management, organizational development, and change management.




• Serving as a coach, mentor, and subject matter expert to foster high-performing teams and drive profitable growth.




• Acting as the Deputy to the Head of HR, supporting strategy development for the site, especially in Houston.




• Leading the Sterility Assurance Board and providing oversight to ensure compliance with US and international aseptic processing requirements.




• Assessing facility and quality systems for compliance and participating in developing action plans to address deficiencies.




• Supporting regulatory and client audits as the Aseptic Sterility Assurance subject matter expert.




• Managing a team of 1-2 specialists, offering mentorship and support to Operations and QA/QC specialists.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.




• Extensive experience with US, EU, and other regulations.




• Proven experience in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.




• Advanced experience in aseptic manufacturing and processing in a GMP environment.




• Demonstrated expertise in managing a Quality Assurance staff.




• Outstanding skill in developing, documenting, and managing microbial control strategies for production processes.
