What You'll Do:
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both Agile and traditional teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for developing high-level plans and schedules, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that the project meets project requirements.


As the IT Project Manager, you'll also be responsible for:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating meetings and providing regular updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery using both Agile and traditional methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, aligning with team workflows and deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.


Qualifications



What It Takes:
Ideally you will have an associate's or bachelor's degree in Project Management, computer science or related discipline and 3-5 years of related business experience.
In addition, we are looking for:
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams at all levels via both oral and written formats
• Proven experience in IT project management.
• Have knowledge both Agile and traditional methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational skills
• The ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple tight deadlines
• The ability to work onsite at our headquarters in Monroe, WI
