Pet Nutrition Smart Factory Digital Analyst Internship Experience

As a Pet Nutrition Smart Factory Digital Analyst Intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas:

• Enhance performance and productivity with data driven solutions all while working with regional teams to gather data, feedback, and insights on the deployment and adoption of digital solutions.


• Assist with planning, executing, and tracking of global and regional manufacturing projects, including Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and pilot programs.


• Focus on enabling plant performance by applying automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions to digitize our factories and address challenges.


• Support the Smart Factory Product Management Lead with the day-to-day operational needs, such as scheduling, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring regional project status.


• Provide hands-on support for digital manufacturing tools and platforms, as directed by the Digital Technologies Product Management Lead.


• Draft communications, training materials, and presentations to support change management efforts across regions while focusing on plant performance.

• Desired majors include: Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and other related areas


• The Pet Nutrition Smart Factory Digital Analyst internship will be located in our headquarter office in Franklin, TN (Metro Nashville). We operate in a flexible work environment with some days a week working from the office and others from home.


• Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date, or for highly qualified individuals, potentially the summer prior to that, which could lead to a follow-up internship the next year.


• Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment


• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening.
