What You'll Be Doing:
You'll maintain an ample supply of clean linens and clothing for our residents, ensuring that everything is in good condition and up to standard. Any linens with stains or damage will be promptly removed from service.
Collect and sort laundry from residents daily or as needed. You'll operate industrial washers and dryers, and handle all laundry with care to keep things running smoothly.
You'll deliver freshly laundered linens and clothing to resident rooms, ensuring everything is in place for their comfort. You may also help label new residents' personal items.
You'll stay on top of inventory and laundry supplies, ensuring that we have everything we need to provide the best possible service. Plus, you'll work with safety and sanitation protocols to keep everything hygienic and in top shape.
What We're Looking For:
A High School Diploma or GED is required. Prior laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus but not necessary—we're happy to train the right candidate!
You should have the ability to follow instructions carefully, a good eye for detail, and basic math skills to help with inventory.
This role requires occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds) and frequent use of laundry equipment, so you'll need to be active and comfortable on your feet.
You should be able to identify issues and seek help when needed to keep everything running smoothly..
