ROLE SUMMARY
Accountable for Global Digital ERP Materia/Product Master Solutions required to support Pfizer's ongoing and new Product Master initiatives in the following areas, SAP Material Master Workflow, EAH Single Entry, EAH Global Cross Reference, EAH Material, EAH IBP integration, EAH TINS, and EAH HBU.
Responsible for directing the delivery, solution availability, user experience, continuous improvements for ERP Product Master solutions.
Financial management and Project Management of ERP Product Master efforts including maintenance and update of all Pfizer systems.
Develop and maintain Digital strategy for Product Master in collaboration with business and Digital stakeholders.
Develop and maintain long term/short team Plan of Record (POR) for all Product Master projects and initiatives.
Develop, implement, maintain and measure Digital support strategy for Product Master in collaboration with BTAMS team.
Provide cross-functional leadership and governance across the SAP ECC Material Master including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales Order Management, Finance, Quality, and Logistics.
Responsible for directing the Design, Develop, and implementing ERP Digital solutions including SAP Master Data Governance solutions, and SAP ECC Master Data Solutions, including integrations, and other Digital capabilities required to enable Pfizer Product Master initiatives.
Develop and maintain overall digital strategy for ERP Demand Management in collaboration with business and other digital stakeholders including Client partners.
Provide periodic updates to Digital leadership, including immediate manager and ensure alignment on all strategies, priorities, status, Risks and mitigation
Lead, facilitate, plan, direct the execution, delivery and support all ERP Digital solutions required for Product Master activities.
Provide technical coordination, planning and insight to the master data roadmap aligned to the overall program / Digital strategies for Pfizer
Provide input to the development of a broader Business Technology (BT) services roadmap aligned to the overall program / Digital strategies for Pfizer
Partner with Business engagement and technical development teams to Architect ERP solutions that are effective, efficient and fit for purpose to enable business capability and regulatory needs.
Manage and lead multi-disciplinary matrix project team to implement projects, including maintenance of resource plan and update of all Pfizer systems.
Align on short term and longer-term project priorities in collaboration with business and alignment with Digital capability and bandwidth.
Direct the review of business requirements in collaboration with business partners to ensure accuracy, detail, and clarity with clear and complete understanding of process, people and technology implications.
Develop estimates during project initiation and secure funding in collaboration with Digital leadership, Client partners, and business. Develop financial forecasts and provide updates to all stakeholders.
Develop solutions following all applicable Pfizer Digital standards including SDLC, Enterprise Platforms & Security, Digital Compliance and Regulatory Risk management standards.
Guide and approve developed training packages for ERP Product Master Solutions.
Constantly monitor risks to projects, identify mitigation options to ensure project objectives are met.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BS or BA in Digital Technology, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
15 or more years of experience in Supply Chain in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
10 years' experience in ERP initiatives in Pharma industry is required.
5-7 years' experience in SAP Material Master in SAP ECC Material Master, SAP Master Data Governance, and SAP Workflows
Proven experience in leading and implementing large scale, Global, Digital projects in Pharma industry required.
Prior experience in development of Digital strategy and engagement with senior leadership is preferred.
Strong Project Management skill, and financial management skill is required.
Ability to work in a complex matrix organization with strong team-work orientation required and in an environment of competing priorities and deadlines.
Must have demonstrated consultative, influencing, analytical, strategic thinking/planning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact, build effective relationships, and influence leaders at all levels of the organization is imperative.
Solid oral and written communication, and presentation, and project management skills are required.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Supply chain or project management certifications preferred. Project management experience a plus. (CPIM, CSCP, PMP, etc.).
Agile methodology knowledge and certification

Travel will be expected, estimated 10% (post pandemic)
Ability to communicate across regions, countries, cultures, and time zones.

Work Location Assignment: Must be able to work from assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
