Reports to: Director of Design, Lifestyle - HOKA Footwear

Location: Portland, OR

The Role

This Designer I - HOKA Footwear position finds itself situated at the forefront of HOKA's establishment of a trend-forward Lifestyle business that is poised to fuel explosive growth. With instant exposure into all facets of the multi-dimensional world of Lifestyle product, this Designer I role will play a crucial role in establishing the visual product signature of HOKA as it steps into the future.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:


  • 1. Footwear product design - primarily focused on Lifestyle footwear.

  • 2. Seasonal design work aimed at supporting the creative vision goals of the Director of Design.

  • 3. Collaborative project builds with cross-functional teams.

  • 4. Being the voice of trend and how it influences HOKA's place in the global lifestyle market.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Work Experience:

  • 2+ years' experience

Skills/Competencies:


  • General understanding of construction and process, improving under guidance of mentor.

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and learning Keyshot, Keynote and 3D software.
