HAYS has partnered with a national affordable housing real estate owner and operator that is seeking a skilled Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio in Colorado and Texas.


Your new role


As the Regional Property Manager, you will oversee a large portfolio of properties throughout Denver and a few properties in Texas, approximately 1,200 units overall. You will be overseeing all leasing, budgeting, customer service, maintenance, resident retention and administrative responsibilities. This role will require travel that is 100% covered by the company.


What you'll need to succeed.

• 5+ years as a Community Manager/Portfolio Manager


• Experience with affordable housing


• Experience with over 1000+ units (Multiple Properties)


• Experience with Lease up's/ new properties


• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit


• Experience managing/ training a successful team


• Proficient with Real Page, Onesite, Yield star


• Strong customer service/tenant relationship skills
