What you will enjoy doing*

• In this position you collaborate strongly with the Talent Management and HR Learning community to drive projects and to work on enhancements of the Elevate My Learning module, you steer the Accenture Global MyLearning support team, you give guidance in priority setting, and continuously monitor their performance. You will also manage interfaces to other required internal and external parties in rollouts independently


• You will manage the technical support process for the talent cloud solution and will assist in the technical side of change requests in a structured and transparent way, balancing business needs and system complexity


• Furthermore, you act as a subject matter expert for Elevate My Learning, you work closely together with global and local project managers, support the validation effort for the Linde Cornerstone environment as well as the quarterly release cycles within the team


• You will deliver instructor-led training, conduct train-the-trainer sessions, are the competency holder of the global authorization structure and continuously drive to further develop and optimize the talent cloud environments

What makes you great

• You possess a Master's degree in IT, business or a related field and have already gained experience in the Elevate My


• Learning administration environment with significant experience in project work and project management in cross-country or global projects


• You work solution-orientated, independently and self-driven, you are a quick learner and a team player and show high customer focus


• You are experienced in Talent Management processes, have an excellent IT system affinity and the ability to escalate issues at the right time


• In addition to that you show high motivation and initiative, the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and trustworthiness, you are good at knowledge sharing and in guiding co-workers


• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent communication skills, an understanding of business contexts, an independent, meticulous approach to work as well as networking capability and strength in partnership building complete your profile


• Your written and verbal English language skills are excellent, German and or another language is welcome


• You have professional consulting experience, Microsoft office (ppt, excel), Microsoft Teams and SharePoint skills are essential

The salary range for this role is: $75,525 - $110,770.
