Expectation of Work Hours: Full-Time

A receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for welcoming guests, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answers general inquiries via telephone.
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintains confidentiality of patient issues.
  • Complies with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the correct person or department.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and preparation for courier services.
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with basic data entry tasks and record-keeping.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for staff.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for other departments as needed, such as filing or document preparation.
  • Respond to and resolve minor facility issues or report them to appropriate personnel.
  • Support with the organization of company events and meetings.
  • Additional responsibilities to be added as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred

Skills:

  • Superior organizational skill.
  • Customer Service Skills
