Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the practice onsite. The schedule consists of 4,10-hour days (Monday through Friday) from 7:30am to 6:00pm. The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. This role is primarily focused on answering phones with a mix of administration support as well!
We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting!

This specialty has offices in 3 locations:
22 Atwood Drive, Northampton
10 Denniston Place, Northampton
170 University Drive, Amherst
This role will predominantly be based out of the 22 Atwood Drive office. However, employees must be able and willing to commute to our other locations for training/precepting purposes and during times of fluctuating staffing shortages (for cross-coverage purposes).

High school diploma or equivalent required
Familiarity with insurance payers preferred
Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting
