Volt is immediately hiring for an Account Manager in Englewood, CO
As an Account Manager you will:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
Implement solutions to address challenges and maintain project momentum
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client needs and expectations
Proactively communicate project updates and address client inquiries
Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Create and manage project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports
Prepare and submit necessary paperwork and reports
Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, shipping, and travel arrangements
Assist with budgeting and invoicing
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
PREVIOUS TRADESHOW EXPERIENCE A MUST
Proven track record in project management and client relationship management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
