ATA Services, Inc., is immediately seeking to hire two (2) full-time Program Coordinators to work on a temporary assignment with The State of New Mexico - Office of Broadband Access and Expansion Department.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Santa Fe, NM
Schedule: FT Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
New Mexico Office of Broadband Access and Expansion (OBAE) mission of providing universal broadband access in New Mexico homes, businesses, and public institutions. The Program Manager shall provide coordination of The State Education Network program management, stakeholder engagement, training material, and statistical analysis reporting program for the Office of Broadband.
In consultation with, and as requested by, representatives of Procuring Agency and of the OBAE, the Program Manager will:
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Collaborate with SEN Project Manager to enter e-rate projects into e-builder or other project management software
Work with procurement team on creating RFP materials
Work with communications team on distributing information for the public on OBAE website
Manage communications to schools and other stakeholders and monitor awarded projects for compliance
Assist schools and other stakeholders with application documents to receive PSCOC funding for e-rate
Send out Project Award notices for funded projects by PSCOC
Develop metrics and validate with Compliance Manager prior to performance standard implementation
Monitor Program Performance across grants and projects.
Make policy and process change recommendation to OBAE leadership and implement with Project Managers and grantees.
Other duties as assigned by the Director
In consultation with, and as requested by, representatives of Procuring Agency and of the OBAE, the Program Manager will:
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND TRAINING MATERIALS
Build materials to train and inform appropriate stakeholders of the e-rate program, requirements and metrics.
Makes sure materials are appropriate for specific stakeholders such as schools and education institution leadership
Work closely with School Project Managers on requirements and execution
Work closely with Compliance Manager to ensure financial and programmatic reporting are done correctly and trained for ease of use.
In consultation with, and as requested by, representatives of Procuring Agency and of the OBAE, the Contractor will:
Gather all program metrics
Generate reports for OBAE leadership and the Public-School Capital Outlay Committee
Document progress of e-rate program across all projects and grants
Work with Compliance and Grants Manager to ensure financial and other documents that are required by PSCOC are gathered
All tasks conducted as part of this Deliverable will be presented to the Procuring Agency for review and acceptance.
In consultation with, and as requested by, representatives of Procuring Agency and of the OBAE, the Program Manager will:
STATISTICAL ANALYSIS AND PROGRAM REPORTING
Prepare SEN program materials and project materials needed for school participation
Collaborate with SEN Project Manager to track PSCOC funding year over year
Assist and develop Project Plans
Work with procurement team on creating RFP materials for SEN
Work with communications team on distributing information for the public on OBAE website
Manage communications to schools and other stakeholders and monitor awarded projects for compliance
Assist schools and other stakeholders with State Education Network documents to receive PSCOC funding for e-rate
Send out Project Award notices for funded projects by PSCOC
