Job Title: Lead Associate Warehouse


Salary Range: $24.97 / hourly; plus, bonus eligibility


Summary: Assist the Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the raw material warehouse. Responsible to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently and timely based on the daily requirements. Maintain a warehouse environment that is safe and organized. Ensure the assigned staff members are supervised and trained.


Responsibilities:


* Facilitate the timely supply of component orders to manufacturing by delegating the various work responsibilities to warehouse associates.
* Optimize staffing rotations in order to accommodate fluid deviations in daily workflow.
* Manage evolving objectives that sustain a stable and timely supply of materials from receiving replenishment and order fulfilment across all club types.
* Ensure that warehouse associates are trained and compliant with all warehouse procedures including inventory controls, safety guidelines and work schedules.
* Routinely collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor regarding training status and staffing performance metrics.
* Provide feedback and promote ideas for improvement. Support the process to implement change.
* Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure routine inspections are complete and timely.
* Order warehouse materials and supplies as needed. Maintain a well-organized warehouse operation.
* Collaborate with Leads and Supervisors from the various manufacturing and support departments in order to resolve and/or report daily issues or concerns. Escalate as required.
* Leads must be able and prepared to work daily and/or weekend overtime as needed to support the manufacturing and inventory control process.
* Operate and train proper use of material handling equipment including pallet jacks, order scanners, load levelers, automated pallet wrapper, carts, tape guns and safety cutting tools.
* Additional responsibilities or special projects may be assigned as needed.


Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years experience in a warehouse operation or related. Previous experience in a leadership capacity is preferred but not required.
* Must wear steel toe safety shoes and PPE as required.
* Operate a lift truck from an elevated position up to 20 feet from the ground. Capable to lift up to 35 pounds.
* Standing and walking up to 100% of the work shift. Working environment consistent with a typical warehouse and climate.
* frequent lifting, grasping, pushing and pulling. Occasional use of a rolling platform ladder.
* Generally available to work overtime and no written warnings in the last 12 months.
* Minimum of 3 years experience as a certified forklift operator.
* Must be capable to perform basic computing skills at a keyboard and mobile device.
* Strong work ethic, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Be well organized, a good communicator and manage time effectively.
