The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, will be responsible for operational leadership and coordination for the US Rare Bone & Metabolics business. This individual will report to the Senior Director, US HypoPT Marketing. This individual will lead the marketing operations initiatives including PRC planning, submissions, and approvals, national congress promotional coordination, patient engagement logistics, print fulfillment & inventory management, National & Regional Sales meetings deliverables, and internal Quarterly/Annual Planning support.
You will be responsible for:
Owning the PRC planning, submission, and approval process for unbranded and branded tactics (HCP and patient, personal and NPP)
Coordinate all deliverables needed for national conferences and ensure their timely approval, production, and delivery in collaboration with marketing and congress planning team
Ensuring accurate reporting (approvals, close-outs, etc.) for all national conference and HCP and patient engagement opportunities
Managing the on-going relationship with the external print & fulfillment vendor to ensure inventory levels are sufficient based on business needs, materials are produced and delivered in an efficient and timely manner, and spend targets are hit in accordance with the annual budget
Acting as liaison with the sales team for any field material requests in support of day-to-day needs and regional congress events
Supporting marketing team with logistical needs for key XF meetings (coordinating attendees, rooms, communications, etc.)
Overseeing sales force resource guide and tracking utilization of sales force resources in inventory
Collaborating with the procurement and legal departments to process and submit contractual documents
Partnering closely with finance to oversee PO submission/creation, budget and accrual tracking for department
Collaborating with wide range of cross-functional teams (incl. TLLs, Executive & Regional Sales Directors, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to ensure coordinated execution across roles and responsibilities
You will need to have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
3+ years marketing or sales experience in biopharma
Proven leadership & communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a matrix environment
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects across functions, and working independently when appropriate, in teams and as a sub-team lead
Consistent demonstration of learning agility and comfort working in fast-paced environment
Experience in managing external agencies and/or vendors on a day-to-day basis and budget management
High level of interpersonal skills and strong written/verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Rare disease/oncology experience
A track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics that have delivered strong commercial results
Strong scientific orientation and background
Experience launching or working with a newly launched product and/or global experience
Prior experience in healthcare agency or consultancy roles
