Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client looking for a dedicated Travel and Expense Specialist - Auditor in Draper, UT. This role involves ensuring adherence to company policies and managing corporate cards. The ideal candidate will leverage critical thinking to enforce compliance while providing exceptional support to our internal business partners.

Responsibilities:


  • Address employee inquiries related to policy, report submission, and credit card administration

  • Conduct thorough audits of expense reports to ensure compliance with corporate policies

  • Manage various aspects of credit card administration, including applications, limit adjustments, and handling delinquencies

  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing analytics to identify behavioral trends, potential misuse, and policy compliance

  • Enforce corporate policies related to travel, expenses, and corporate credit cards, and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred or 3-5 years of related accounting experience

  • Proficiency with expense reporting ERP systems; Experience with Concur and/or AppZen is a plus

  • Strong critical thinking skills for policy enforcement and compliance

  • Excellent team collaboration skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Excel Power Query, Power BI, and SQL is advantageous

  • Outstanding communication skills with a customer-focused approach

  • Action-oriented, solution-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • High accuracy and attention to detail






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
