Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Charleston, SC that is looking for a Data Integration Program Manager (Supplier compliance).

Primary Responsibilities and Activities:
Data Management and Governance:


  • Oversee data quality in Supplier Central and work with relevant teams to correct inaccuracies in ERP integrations

  • Develop and enforce data validation protocols to ensure consistency across Supplier Central, Avetta, Oracle, Yardi, and other ERPs

  • Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards throughout all systems

Technical Issue Resolution and System Integrity:

  • Act as the point of contact for managing and prioritizing technical issues in collaboration with IT and external vendors

  • Track and resolve integration issues with Oracle, Yardi, and Avetta systems, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy

  • Manage and update issue trackers and defect logs to drive accountability and transparency across teams

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

  • Develop streamlined workflows and SOPs for supplier compliance activities, with a focus on data governance and defect management

  • Collaborate on system enhancements within Supplier Central, identifying improvements to reduce issue occurrences and streamline user experience

  • Lead and coordinate business and end-user (UAT) testing, taking over testing responsibilities from the technical team after initial functionality testing is completed

Stakeholder Coordination and Support:

  • Collaborate with supplier compliance managers to support supplier compliance requirements and banking validation tasks

  • Serve as the technical liaison, ensuring effective communication of business needs to IT and facilitating successful cross-functional collaboration

  • Provide guidance on data standards and issue reporting, promoting consistent team execution







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related discipline is required

  • 5+ years in data management, technical project coordination, or system administration, with a focus on ERP integrations and data migration

  • Hands-on experience with managing data quality and data migration in large systems, particularly in environments with integration dependencies

  • Technical project experience coordinating across teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including Oracle APEX or other low-code solutions, REST API, and SQL

  • Demonstrated experience using defect tracking tools (such as JIRA) for managing and resolving system defects, including hands-on involvement in UAT and coordination with IT teams

  • Experienced in coordinating business and end-user testing, with a clear understanding of UAT processes

  • Knowledge of and experience with SQL, APIs (including REST API), and integration methods using CSV and SFTP

  • Deep understanding of data governance principles, data validation, and the significance of maintaining data integrity across integrated systems

  • Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data mapping, and data transformation to ensure accurate data flow across systems

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose data and system issues and implement effective solutions

  • Skilled in creating standard operating procedures and optimizing workflows for continuous improvement

  • Excellent communication skills for working with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and support

  • Basic understanding of supplier compliance workflows, including bank account validation, preferred






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
