RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst.

Summary:
In this role as a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, you will lead and facilitate teams where team members are geographically diverse to deliver business value through their development and delivery execution. This job analyzes business processes and practices and identifies technology opportunities for the Tax Transferability Project. By working with our business partners, the Senior IT Business Systems Analyst will need to be comfortable understanding and analyzing the inventory management process for our renewable tax credits. These understandings will lead to requirement gatherings for an automated solution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to build trusted relationships with the team and with their stakeholders to ensure the needs of all team members are met


• Experience with AWS based application development strongly preferred


• Experience with Scrum and/or Kanban software support and development teams preferred


• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is desired


• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
