As our RN you play a vital role in:
Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
