Job Description:

Our client, a global consultancy firm is seeking an innovative and organized HR Operations Coordinator to join their NYC office. The ideal candidate will have experience as the main point of contact for all general employee inquires, ensuring accurate data entry, ad hoc employee reports, completing I-9 verifications, and tracking employee paid and unpaid time off. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experice updating documentation for HR transactions, supporting administrative activities, and assisting with special HR projects. • 2+ years of experience


• Financial Services or Professional Services experience required


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to multitask


• Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment

The hourly range for this role is $28-$33/hr.


Compensation commensurate with experience.
