Senior Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator

Contract Position
$25.16-$30.16/Hour
Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
Execute moderately complex production assembly tasks involving electronic and/or mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and prototypes.
Perform fabrication and inspection in research, production, or pre-production settings, including building RF and multi-function cables and harnesses, and soldering ribbons/strip lines for RF performance.
Support hardware integration for prototypes and complex systems.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; an AA Degree or certification in manufacturing is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
Technical Skills: Advanced ability in loading/configuring software on customer devices, fabrication, marking, and proficient in soldering techniques.
Computer Proficiency: Effective use of computer applications for operational tasks.
Specialized Knowledge: Solid understanding of Statistics and Statistical Process Control (SPC) applications.
