We are hiring for the following positions:
Case Manager Registered Nurse
Minimum Qualifications:
BSN graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Valid State of Florida RN license. Current BLS - CPR Certification.
Minimum of one (1) year in Hospital Case Management/nursing. Working knowledge of patient assessment, and medical terminology.
Social Workers - MSW
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work
Discharge Planner
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Patient safety is a top priority.
