Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build safe, effective, and engaging Pilates class plans for participants at all fitness levels. Connect with participants to build rapport and be their accountability partner. Explain and demonstrate exercises in detail. Provide modifications and progressions for exercises. Explain and educate participants on safe and proper use of gym equipment.
Check-in all participants using the Fusion software system prior to the start of every group exercise class. Report attendance after every class into the Group Ex Pro software system.
Promote Campus Recreation programs and services. Inform participants on gym policies for safety and hygiene.
Staff meetings as needed. Assist with department-wide programs, staff trainings, etc. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay Range
