Tactica Solutions is seeking qualified professionals to provide geolocation and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) collection, processing, analysis, reporting (and training, as required) support to the 116th Military Intelligence Brigade.
Typical Job Duties and Tasks:
Perform SIGINT Processing, Exploitation, & Dissemination (PED) in accordance with EO 12333S with aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) sensors
Provide serialized SIGINT reports and products
Identify, research, order, retrieve, and sort intelligence data
Provide SIGINT analytical and production support to BDE and Theater in support of exercises, as required
Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training materials; coordinate and conduct specialized SIGINT training
Assist in the following activities:
mission management support
operational planning and formulation of relevant Concepts of Operation (CONOP); Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP); and SOP documents
validation, consolidation, and prioritization of supported unit mission requests
Attend meetings, conferences, technical exchanges, training, and other forums in support of SIGINT mission; present findings; draft and present briefings, white papers and other technical documents.
Compensation Minimum: 70,000
Compensation Maximum: 80,000
Job Requirements:
Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
***Mid-level***
AA/AS degree with eight (8) years of intelligence experience; must have supported SIGINT collection for two of the past five years
Substitute: if no Associates degree, must have twelve (12) years of intelligence experience, including requirement for having supported SIGINT collection for three of the past 5 years
Excellent written and oral communication skills, research, & analytical skills
Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects
Knowledge of different combat environments across the combat continuum.
Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics (including application of metadata management techniques, data modeling, and design
Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations (collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination)
Ability to manage assigned tasks and coordination of projects
Ability to research, develop, and deliver professional briefings, presentations, and reports
Demonstrate experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues (including preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders)
Experience with tradecraft and publication, and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups
Must be able to assimilate large volumes of information and independently product written reports
Must be willing to work any shift.
Required Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and willing to submit to CI polygraph
