What You Will Do



As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advising the organization on financial matters, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic decision-making. You'll guide teams in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities. This role will be a good fit for you if you thrive in a global matrix environment, with little supervision, and are known throughout the organization as a finance Subject Matter Expert. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:

• Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis.
  
  


• Forecast quarterly and annual profits based on historical data and market trends.
  
  


• Prepare cost projections to assist in budgeting and financial planning.
  
  


• Analyze and report on current financial status, identifying areas for improvement.
  
  


• Explore investment options and present risks and opportunities.
  
  


• Coordinate with the management team on long-term financial planning.
  
  


• Review accounting transactions for data accuracy.
  
  


• Establish and maintain financial policies.
  
  


• Drive financial/commercial process management.
  
  


• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration.
  
  


• Years of Experience: 3-5 years.
  
  


• Advanced Excel skills.
  
  


• Preferred FP&A software experience such as HFM, Essbase, EPM Planning and reporting, or others.
