Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled bilingual receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about the company.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Collaborate with other departments as needed to support operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service representative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bilingual receptionist role.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
