A leader in consumable products is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a marketing professional passionate about both social media and traditional marketing who is ready to drive brand engagement and growth. You'll work closely with our product management and sales teams to manage and expand our social media presence while supporting traditional marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to enhance brand visibility across social media and traditional platforms.
Develop, edit, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, and reels) on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to comments and direct messages.
Execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on building brand awareness and engagement.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our strategy innovative.
Create and maintain a social media content calendar.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns via social media and customer engagement.
Experience: 2-3 years in social media management; experience in content creation and posting.
Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics) is desirable.
Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
