Position Highlights:
Location: Benicia, CA - 100% on-site
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $29/hour, temp-to-hire with potential profit-sharing upon permanent hire
What You'll Do:
Process 100+ detailed invoices weekly (some are multiple pages long, requiring focused attention).
Perform AP responsibilities, including check runs, vendor payments, and managing 1099s.
Ensure alignment with purchase orders and conduct invoice analysis.
Collaborate within a small, supportive team.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3-5 years in Accounts Payable.
Skills: Strong AP processing abilities, attention to accuracy, and ERP system experience.
Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, a team player, and able to thrive in a small group setting.
ERP Software experience
