Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a team player mindset.



Responsibilities:



  • Process invoices, ensuring all appropriate documentation and approval is received.

  • Perform the day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain vendor files and correspondence with vendors regarding inquiries and discrepancies.

  • Perform month end duties as required.

  • Assist in monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.

  • Liaise with other departments and vendors regarding invoices, expenses, and other queries.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Aid in streamlining, improving, and automating the accounts payable process.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk/Administrator.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software, preferably [Software Name].

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
