Stay on top of our legal entity management system so everything's in order when needed.
Assist tax and legal teams to keep everything in sync across the firm's structures.
Maintain clear, up-to-date entity structure charts. (Yes, we like our charts clean and pretty!)
Spearhead annual filings for legal entities, connecting with legal, treasury, and more to get it done right.
Conduct legal research when needed, making sure we're always ahead of the game.
Be the go-to for external counsel, administrators, and other advisors.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree-check!
Paralegal experience, preferably from a law firm or a bustling corporate environment.
Bonus points if you're familiar with Delaware corporate and partnership law.
A laser-sharp eye for details, a strong sense of ownership, and a knack for juggling priorities.
A proactive spirit, a friendly demeanor, and a solid track record of team collaboration.
Communication skills that would make Shakespeare proud-both written and spoken.
Tech-savvy with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with legal entity databases is the cherry on top.
