Position: Litigation Assistant/Secretary

Location: Los Angeles, CA (DTLA or Westside)

Salary: $50,000 - $110,000 DOE


A respected Los Angeles law firm is seeking a Litigation Assistant/Secretary with 3-5+ years of experience to support their busy litigation team. Ideal for candidates skilled in managing case files, deadlines, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with document preparation and court filings


• Manage case deadlines and maintain calendars


• Support preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of litigation experience


• Knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures
