Eurofins Panlabs is searching for a Contract Services - Supervisor to work in St. Charles MO.
This position supervises daily activities of Contract Specialists and manages the whole contracts review and execution process. Involves in interacting with internal stakeholders (such as Operations, R&D, BD, customer services and Marketing) and external clients. Involved in negotiating mutually beneficial contracts on behalf of Eurofins Discovery while ensuring compliance with Eurofins Legal NSC guidelines. Excellent organization, management, verbal and oral communication. Understanding of contracts process and be able to effectively communicate with customers about Eurofins policies.
Contract Services - Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Daily supervision of employees in the contracts services team
Manages MSA, T&C, CDA, Vendor contracts etc. within management determined TAT
Coach / Player role
Strong negotiation skills and ability to set Eurofins Discovery contract templates per KGD guidelines
Responsible for supervisory responsibilities such as reviews, training, provide supports to ones' team
Serves as a leader and a resource to support team members
The candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and executing contracts
Strong grasp of contracts principles and negotiation tactics
Presents results in both written and oral format and deliver data to appropriate stakeholders within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Owns the accountability and responsibility of delivering to client needs and timeliness
Provides cross-functional support to other departments as required

Lead team, schedule, and train employees in client environment
Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations

The ideal candidate would possess:
Proven negotiation and persuasion skills
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Certificate or Baccalaureate Degree from an approved Paralegal program
Minimum 7 years' paralegal experience, including contract review and negotiation, preferably in a corporate setting
Understanding and experience in patents and licensing laws and requirements
Experience working with attorneys and law firms
Ability to evaluate and communicate risk and propose optimal execution strategies.
Experience with contract management systems
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
Understanding of contract life cycle and common contracting issues
Outstanding communication skills with non-legal staff, including internal and sales, client management, and site management teams as well as with clients.

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of St. Charles, Missouri are encouraged to apply.
