Data Entry Clerk at Eurofins Microbiology, Inc. in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

At Eurofins US Microbiology, our goal is to make sure your individual testing profile meets both regulatory compliance and your overall program objectives in the most accurate and timely manner possible. Our technical staff of microbiologists and customer service representatives will work with you to choose the appropriate tests, methods and frequencies best suited to your specific needs.

Eurofins is searching for a Data Entry Clerk in Lancaster, PA.


Data Entry Clerk responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :


Enter sample descriptions into Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

Process and code invoices to submit to accounts payable

Operate standard office equipment including computers and scanners.

Maintain neat and accurate records

Update clients on testing progress and other activities

Maintain supply inventory and verify invoices are correct

Perform other duties as assigned



The ideal candidate would possess :


• Strong computer scientific, and organizational skills, able to type 40-45 wpm

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude


Basic Minimum Qualifications :


• High school diploma or equivalent

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full time, 40 hrs per week, Monday-Friday 10 am- 6:30 p.m., plus the ability to work overtime, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
