JANS LTD is hiring a full-time career-minded Customer Service Specialist in our Kamas office. JANS offers expertise in equipment, apparel, tuning, and guiding for alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, road biking, fly fishing, hiking, and rock climbing. We revel in seeing the smiles on peoples faces when they return from a fun day spent outdoors, so we go above and beyond to enhance their experiences. The customer service specialist is the primary internal contact for our customers and plays a crucial role in customer satisfaction. The customer service team helps our customers by placing orders, responding to inquiries, and engaging with the customer to continue the long-term relationships we have in place. Hourly DOE. Required Skills: -High School or equivalent -Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) -Strong computer skills (required) -Ability to navigate between multiple programs while on a phone call -Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills -Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced high stress environment -Strong problem-solving skills -Detail oriented --Familiarity with skiing, biking and flyfishing is preferred -Able to drive a company van preferred but not required.
