Loparex is a leading, global manufacturer of silicone release liners, used in a wide variety of pressure sensitive adhesive applications is looking for seasoned Machine Operators for multiple shifts. Our products are found in building and construction, medical, labels, graphics, hygiene, composites, and automotive industries.
Current Shifts Available
Day Shift (5:00am-5:00pm)
2-2-3 Schedule (2 days during the week, every other weekend)
Night Shift (5:00pm-5:00am)
2-2-3 Schedule (2 days during the week, every other weekend)
4 days a week (no weekends)
Please note due this schedule will transition to a 2-2-3 schedule in the future due to increase business!
Base Pay Rate: Up to $19.50/hr
2-2-3 Schedule Premium: 10%
Night Shift Premium: 10%
Extruder Machine Premium: $1.00/hr
Responsibilities
Operate the machine; this includes start-up, changeover, shutdown and daily operation.
Observe and monitor machine for defects during operation.
Identify and correct problems on machine. Notify appropriate personnel of any operational issues.
Use computer to enter valid information and to print out roll labels.
Perform routine quality testing on product.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the equipment.
Follow company safety procedures.
Must have regular consistent attendance.
Qualifications
Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity and customers.
Requires the ability to read and write, follow verbal and written instructions, use basic math, take accurate measurements and use hand tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Strong interpersonal and team skills.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to stand/walk for 12 hours.
