Applies advanced networking concepts in the analysis, study, and design of data networks. Analyzes network characteristics (e.g., traffic, connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes, and throughput) and recommends modifications to network components. Designs and optimizes network topologies and site configurations. Plans installations, transitions, and cutovers of network components and capabilities. Resolves network problems to obtain operation access to platforms/applications.

Skillset and Experience :

• Resources must have strong communication skills with at least 1-3 years of previous experience with an IT background/network operations experience.
• Resources must have a willingness to learn; looking for candidates who are personable.
• Resources should have some experience working within cross functional teams and should possess a strong team mentality.
• Resources should have some basic triaging skills and it would be nice for them to have some ServiceNow experience..
• Previous experience/understanding in an incident response management or ticketing queue environment to ensure that they understand priorities.
• ITIL experience is nice to see.
